Yes. Software services — tune-ups, malware removal, and OS reinstalls — are handled remotely over a secure session, so they work anywhere in the world. Hardware jobs like deep cleans and SSD upgrades need the device in hand and are offered locally with in-person pickup and return.
What does the "No-Fix, No-Fee" guarantee cover? +
If I assess your device and genuinely cannot solve the problem you booked for, you owe nothing. You only pay the flat rate once the agreed work is completed successfully.
Why are prices in Rand, and what will I actually pay? +
I'm based in South Africa, so my flat rates are set in South African Rand (ZAR). The currency switch shows approximate conversions to USD, EUR, and GBP so you can gauge the cost — for many international clients these rates work out very favorably. Billing is settled in ZAR at the live exchange rate on the day.
Why is there no phone number? +
I keep things privacy-focused and documented. Booking is handled through the form so everything stays in writing, and email is available as a backup. Remote sessions are arranged by appointment.
Does the SSD upgrade price include the drive? +
The base rate covers backup, installation, and data restoration. The SSD component itself is paid upfront by you before ordering, so you always know the part cost separately.
Will I lose my files during a reinstall or upgrade? +
SSD upgrades include a full backup and restoration. For OS reinstalls, we agree on what's backed up beforehand so nothing important is lost.
